The mission of OLEI is to provide support to persons living with mental, physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities, returning citizens, and drug and/or substance abuse, one person at a time, by providing referrals, resources, and services that will eliminate the barriers experienced by those seeking and maintaining employment.

We Can Use Your Support! With significant decreases in state appropriations for individuals with mental, physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities, returning citizens, and drug and/or substance abuse, the need for funding is highly critical to these populations that generally receive less funding, resources, and services than any other targeted populations.
